As our family moves back home to Texas, I am ecstatic to be joining Lakeway Elementary as the Assistant Principal this fall. I began my educational career in Northwest Louisiana as an elementary school teacher and STEM Coordinator for the Department of Defense. After earning a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Northwestern State University, I was the Assistant Principal of Stockwell Place Elementary in Bossier City, LA. It is pure joy to see children learning and reaching their goals. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your student’s educational journey as we strive for excellence and grow together!

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Stacey Brown brings over 30 years of diverse educational experience to Lake Travis ISD, where she is delighted to be starting her fourth year as an Assistant Principal. Stacey is a proud alumna of East Tennessee State University (B.S., Elementary Education), Florida International University (M.S., Reading), and Florida Atlantic University (Ed.S., Educational Leadership). Throughout her career, Stacey has worked with students across all grade levels and finds immense joy in supporting and working alongside teachers as they develop and perfect their classroom skills. She looks forward to continuing to contribute to the vibrant LTISD community and to joining the Serene Hills family."

Bridgette grew up in Galveston, Texas, where she graduated from Galveston Ball High School in 2011. Bridgette earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2015 from Texas State University.
